The room was cold and although we turned on the heater, the room never warmed up. Blankets were not warm and the water was not hot.
The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was restaurant style with the option of the buffet or ordering off the menu. It was much nicer than a crowded breakfast nook at most hotels. The only negative I have is that they did not have record of my Orbucks payment. They were nice about it but at check out I ended up covering what Orbitz had not. A few days later the Orbitz payment fully registered on their system and I was refunded. Don't know if it was the hotel's fault or Orbitz fault. Overall a very nice stay.

The on-site Dine Restaurant was convenient and delicious. The Inn provided breakfast vouchers which were a bonus to tired and hungry travelers.
Small but clean motel like rooms, right next door to excellent Navajo Nation Museum and Zoo. Ask for a room which faces the courtyard. Very good and reasonable restaurant with Navajo food choices (as well as other choices).
The Quality Inn is centrally located and easy to find. Nothing special about the room--clean and neat. The restaurant was nothing special, but most of the food available in town is fast food, so there aren't many options. Friendly staff; the waiters were very attentive and friendly.
Comfortable and clean room, excellent free hot breakfast, nice adjoining restaurant with traditional Navajo food, very friendly service, lovely outdoor signs about Navajo culture and Navajo points of interest, free wireless.
Location, Location - Window Rock. About an hour to Canyon de Chelle- beautiful National monuments, must see. Hwy 15 has Wild horses and cows, very natural. hwy 12 to Navajo - beautiful red mountains. Step into real Indian culture.
Excellent location for seeing the Navajo reservation. Pleasant and curtious staff. Clean and comfortable room. Resturant provided a nice variety of meals at moderate prices and a good breakfast.
Native Americans cannot be "lumped" all together - even as a Tribe such as the Navajos. Come and see for yourself. Beautiful, peaceful, scenic, near Grand Canyon, but without all the brew ha-ha of US Park Rangers.
