The best part of our overnight stay was an awesome assistant manager. When we booked for a long weekend we were not aware this hotel does not have an elevator or a pool. We were traveling with young children and the hotel location gave nothing for them to do with no pool and not in walking distance to anything. I requested a handicap room when the reservation was made approx 2 weeks before our arrival. Upon ck in we we're told there wasn't a handicap room available, even though there wasn't many people staying at the hotel. We were given a room on the 2nd floor and told there was no elevator. Due to health problems this was a challenge. The hotel is in definite need of maintenance and updating. While trying to haul luggage and 2 sleeping kids to our upstairs room, I fell due to a loose covering on the stair tread. The next morning the desk clerk agreed to let us move downstairs at some point later in the day when cleaning was finished. However due to the hotel condition, lack of pool and location, we decided to change hotels for the rest of our stay in Gallup. The asst manager was wonderful to agree to give us a refund on the Ballance of our stay and gave some helpful info on us finding a new place. This is an inexpensive stay for the area, but wouldn't recommend staying if you have health issues and if you depend on breakfast to be included. As a result of my fall, I'm now have to have another back surgery.

The hotel was clean and no wear and tear. The breakfast area was very small and hard to get breakfast made. Other than that I would stay again.

The room was bigger than other Microtel here we have stayed. Clean and although we had a front road room it was quite.

Very comfortable room at a good price. The only issues we encountered were no elevator available (only a two story building though) and a very meager "Continental breakfast" that we skipped. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

It's is a fine hotel, comfortable. I enjoy it and I got a very good night sleep.

First thing you see is warning sign to lock car and they are not responsible for theft or damage to your property. 2 story motel with no elevator. Room was ice cold but eventually heated up. Water in shower was very difficult to regulate. Luke warm to scalding with nothing in between. We asked for a late check out and were told 11:30 at latest or pay full day. Would not stay here again

While checking in I felt I was a bother to the desk clerk. He did not give us any welcome , just gave us the key and told us our room was down the hall. I ask him about breakfast and he just pointed to a sign. I must say the person on the desk in the morning was just the opposite. The room was nice and comfortable The free breakfast was below the average at other motels. Not sure if I will be back, to many other motels to pick from.

Room was comfortable...TV, air conditioner, shower, toilet all worked. Got a 10% discount voucher for the Olympic Cafe, just down the street. Pretty good dinner. Continental breakfast was not good. Small selection and no orange juice.

I am not use to having no air dryer, shampoo, micro wave, pillows were flat as a board, the bathroom tile was coming up, no coffee maker, towels were thin, their breakfast was poor selection to none and the bed linen smells.

Not bad at all for the price. No 4 legged [*] machines allowed, no smoking room was clean and good size. For the price it was more than I expected

Prices on onsite signs were below online prices, at many hotels. Paid $55 for a room I could have gotten for $39, by walking in. On positive side, was not near the multiple train tracks.
