I made the mistake of booking through Expedia. I checked the hotels website, and immediately found a lower price. Expedia is part of the same company as Hotels.com, who I used exclusively for years. I had saved up in rewards from several years of using their site, when it "disapeared". Hotels.com told me that I was lying when I tryed to seek justice.

This was my first time staying here with my family. Negative-One elevator working during our stay-which made a longer wait time, the pool was closed and looked like it has been closed for some time. This should be disclosured at booking especially when you plan on using this amenity.Breakfast was average and seemed sparce by the time we got there at 9 am, the plates they offered were paper, which made carrying your food difficult. We used the laundry facilities and had to pay double the drying time as our clothes were still wet after 1 cycle.
