A remodel almost

The staff was great.The place looks like somebody's attempting to remodel it.But doesn't know what they're doing. The bathrooms definitely need to be regrouted and cleaned up.

The Room was clean and the Staff were friendly and helpful. The A/C worked fine; the only downside was that it was noisy, and you could hear the train go by every hour, and guests walking around upstairs

Sadly the property and room are not well taken care of- lots of broken appliances, ceiling falling off, mold all over shower head so we couldn’t shower during our long road trip. the property also looks very worn lots of chemical bins outside near the storage room not properly stored

We had a dog with us and there is nothing but rocks and dirt. A pet area with grass would be a very nice amenity.

Nothing was unique. This property is a disgrace to Red Roof Inn franchise. The A/C was so noisy that we had to shut it off for a proper night's sleep. At the rate we were charged, the breakfast was mediocre at best. When we complained about noisy A/C, the front-office lady just laughed. The owner was hiding in his office and did not have the courage to come out and change our rooms. RED ROOF INN, PLEASE REVOKE THEIR FRANCHISE LICENSE.
