The service was professional and friendly. The room was clean. We were charged for a suite but in reality it was a king size bed in a reg room with a sofa bed. Although the room has been recently remodeled (and looks very nice) I would not call it a suite. The cable service was very limited in it selection.

So the location was great because we were needing a stop enroute to the Grand Canyon with the grandkids. The size of the room was great because it had 2 queen beds and a sofa with a pull out trundle bed. So I searched specifically for a hotel with a pool because we traveled 7 hours with our grandkids. Strike one. The pool was not only closed for renovations, the one photo of it is deceptive bc the size is so very small, it's barely larger than a hot tub size, literally the smallest indoor pool at a hotel we have seen, and we are a military family. Ugh. Second strike, we could not get the TV to work. My husband went to front desk and exchanged remotes 3 times, it would only turn on, wouldn't do anything else. Third thing, the shower needs work, the main shower head worked, but switching to the handheld, it sprayed up the wall from the base.Fourth thing, the blind in window would not come down, so bright Street lights all night. I put a photo of the great breakfast. I appreciated they had gluten free bread options.

Nothing worked rude staff upon checking in

This place was a joke. I had requested a first floor room one because i am traveling with my 3 year old grandson and2 my boyfriend has health issues that make any walking distance difficult. When i went to check in the night host said that there were no ground floor rooms that we would be on the 3rd floor. I told the host checking me in to be prepared for complaints, my grandson is a husky boy full of energy and the people below our room will definitely be making a complaint. My grandson sounds like a hears of Buffalo when he is running back and forth. Amazing all of a sudden a first floor unit became available. So from the start the host lied directly to my face. And get this , the room was for handicap people. 2. The bed frame and boxspring were not lined up, the bedframe was sticking out about 6 inches. I found out because i hit it with my shin. I now have a huge bruise on my leg. After that the remote to the tv did not work. I asked if someone in maintenance could take a look at it. That never happened, instead I was given another broken remote, we basically got 3 stations at best. And finish the stay off , the frige did not work. I was told by the hostess that the hotel is eco frindly, oh one last thing on the door when you rub the key card to open the door, that part kept falling off the door. So basically it was without a doubt the very worst place i ever stayed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall rating of room was 3/10. There was bedbugs, beds were hard and the room was too stuffy, even after turning on the AC. Breakfast was amazing, and the pool was relaxing. I only wish the jacuzzi was open!

The staff was exemplary in resolving the issue with Expedia’s payment. Although the delay was super annoying since we were worn out after driving 15 hours, the staff worked diligently to get Expedia’s glitch resolved and in our room ASAP. Highly recommend this hotel. Clean and comfy!!

My room had no blackout shade! It was a handicap room, which I did not request and in the morning when I told the staff about it, I was told that there was some kind of switch to lower the blind. But there was not.
