We arrived with pets. During check in, the young lady at the desk told us that there would be a $25 hold on our cc for the pets that would be released if no damage was done to the room. Rather than release the hold, they charged an additional $25 the following day without contacting us. When we called to inquire about the charges they said it was for the pets. We have looked at their website and no where can we find any mention of a fee for pets. It is not listed on their amenity page at all. We are very disappointed that we were never told about the extra charge up front.

The poor: (1) lights were difficult to figure out as multiple switches had to be used; (2) breakfast of a cold, rubbery fried egg was very subpar; The good: (1) very clean! (2) great coffee for breakfast, (3) bed was very comfortable esp. pillows.

The hotel was good, very nice room. The breakfast was awful, no fruit or yogurt as in the past, no bread, stale bagels and rubbery eggs. Was told they get a food delivery tomorrow. So they serve rubbery eggs, some ham and stale bagels to their customers who are expecting a good breakfast. Everyone does not get the same level of breakfast every day, just when they have enough food? The women at the desk did not seem to even care. I will not be back nor will I ever recommend to my friends traveling south. Extremely disappointed I paid for an included breakfast and ended up going somewhere else.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awful. I showed up half way through breakfast and there was barely any food left and no one attending to it. There were 5 bagels left, no cream cheese. Cereal, no milk. And that was about it

For the price it is ok. Walls are paper thin. We were there for a week woken up 1 morning buy a bunch of guys getting up at 4 to get on the road, 2 mornings due to neighbor’s CPAP buzzing, and 1 evening when several people who don’t understand indoor voices came in at 11:30 and continued to make noise in the hallway. But overall, the hotel is in great condition for the traffic they likely get. Staff is great - except for one surly clerk early Christmas Morning who was not very understanding of the frustration of being woken out of a deep sleep by a buzzing CPAP and how at that point a guest does not want a lecture in how to properly register a complaint - I just want it to stop! All in all, it was a good stay though.

Check-in staff did not know if they had handicapped parking clueless. She was very polite but not informed. I had an accessibility room 101 which was good but their was loud running water in the pipes in the walls that was loud and sometimes disrupted my sleep.
