Location was very convenient for attending a wedding in town Bathroom in our room had very poor lighting. Made it difficult for me shaving and my wife to apply her makeup.

It was a very pretty lay out, the rooms were very sound proof, staff was excellent and friendly. The shower was very hard to set the water temperature and the toilets did not flush well. The rooms were smaller than the pictures appeared to make them look.

Nice, good location. Traveled from Georgia for Dad's wife, stepmom funeral. Sad occasion. Comfortable beds big TV but with COVID no room service. The breakfast items were odd and my Dad and I didn't really like the balanced sandwich and avocado - green toast, just weird.

The hotel was pleasing to the eye, but our thermostat in our room did not work. We called the front desk and they came up and fixed it. The next night the room was freezing cold then would get hot then cold again. It would be nice if they offered free breakfast.
Just needed a quiet and clean place to sleep for my family on our way to Harpers Ferry, and this hotel was the perfect place for my family of four. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and the staff was attentive to our needs, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores near by. It's also far enough from I-81 that you won't be bothered by traffic noise during the night. It's an affordable and great place to stay.
Check in was great. Rocky was very nice and welcoming. Our room was terrific, we would have liked to stay longer. We also really liked the Bistro. The food was good and fairly priced and after a long travel day it was nice to have a delicious and convenient supper. The young man working the counter was super nice too. Sorry I didn't get his name.
