Parking was tight, had to park in back of hotel and walk around to front entrance to get in the building.

Cleanliness and efficiency of breakfast bar. Layout of bathroom

Everything about my stay was excellent. I was also quite impressed by the quality and variety of the breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Super friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Nice hot breakfast buffet with coffee available all day. Just be careful because there is another hotel with the same name within 10 minutes of this one.

i came from New York to visit a friend for the day. I needed some sleep and boy that was the best place. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. I didn't know they have an indoor pool and fitness room. I would've stood longer.

Visit two or three times a year to see my brother. Always use the pool which is great, suites are well priced and comfortable, breakfast is great. Turned on the TV to have it always default to a local evangelical show, one of which was telling me how the Muslims don't believe that Jesus is the son of God. Left a tip for the maid got "Have a Blessed Day" as a thank you. Same stuff at the counter. I wanted a hotel not a church

I take a break in my trip to visit my sister. This was my first stay here. I like the 2 pm check in and noon check out times. It fits my travel schedule and I don't feel rushed. The check in was very efficient and staff were friendly. I will use this stop again.

air conditioner quieter otherwise it was great. Will stay here again.

We were present for a family reunion (not at this location). Hotel staff was very accomodating cosidering the number of people in the reunion party who were overnight guests and using the facilities.

Staff very nice, room good but needed better pillows.

The beds in the room were both sagging in the middle and you could see the sagging as soon as you walked into the room. Once you laid down on the beds you rolled to the middle and they were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. The staff was nice and the hotel was ok. There was nothing special about it. The breakfast was ok but they only had one staff person working and everything was running low and it was taking her a long time to refill things that people needed like forks. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to spend one night and to use it for sleeping. If you are looking to stay several nights then this hotel is NOT the one for you.

Hotel was fine and we were happy to get a last minute reservation. We were upset though that we booked a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. Luckily the hotel was new enough that it wasn't that bad.

The entire weekend here was fabulous!! The staff was very helpful with all our questions. They even told us about different places around the area to save money at and they were all quality. I forgot to put the address on our postcards. I called them on the way home and they did it for me. Just a fantastic and friendly place to stay for the family or a weekend getaway from the kids. Best place I have stayed at all around! We came without our kids this time. Plan to do it with them the next time.

Had a wonderful stay - on way to DC with grandchildren for vacation. They loved the pool - very nice breakfast - good parking facilities - great stay - recommend

We loved this hotel. We have used this hotel for many of our guest speakers.

This was a very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff greated us right away. The room was clean and for the first time in a long time the room was quiet. We didn't hear the TV from the next room, and the bathroom was quiet enough that when used during the night or early in the morning it didn't wake my son. I have a child with autism who is very sensitive to sounds and many times the shower and the toilet are so loud that he can't stand it. That may not sound important, but if you travel with a child with autism it can make or break your stay! The pool was clean, very nice, in great condition and not overly chlorinated. Very nice breakfast with really good coffee (not burnt). Would definitly stay again.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was below par, but for the price (included with a very modest room rate), one really can't expect much. Not the best location, on the far side of town from Shenandoah University, but the town's not that big so it doesn't really matter.

Great hotel nice pool n hot tub with water silk added!!! Nice big clean room great staff wonderful breakfast. An AWSOME all around stay!!!!!!

Right off my traveling route to OBX. My daughter and sister stayed in a more expensive hotel up in Cumberland, and when they met up with me and saw what I had for $65 dollars less than what they paid, they were envious...but I did my homework before I left and chose to drive an hour farther for the better deal. I had Wi-Fi..in the lobby, a pool, a hot tub, a very clean room, a business room to use the pc and print,(if I had had a laptop, I could have used it in my room), a wonderful breakfast buffet and an accommodating staff. The only thing that would have made it better would have been bacon on the buffet and an updated, faster pc in the business room.

Hello! I am sorry about the limited parking currently at our hotel. Unfortunately, we no longer have truck parking available yet sometimes we have guests with large moving trucks or trailers that take up more space. We are working on improving this situation and hope that you will choose to stay with us on your next trip through the area.
