I didn’t expect amazing, just what I paid for. I booked one large bed for 2 adults and one pet. Received confirmation. Arrived and was told that they didn’t have the accommodations I purchased for a pet but I could take a room with 2 doubles. Just drove 16 hours I took it. Also, could I pay cash for the pet fee. I did not. I slept and stayed for breakfast. No fresh fruit. They had very real some toaster items. I didn’t know waffles came in any form but frozen or batter. Right in there with the bread. Overall it served its purpose but had I known I was going to pay extra for pet and not get my bed I would have searched out a red roof in...pet friendly no extra fees and usually cheaper.

Motel was clean, staff friendly, parrking was not the best but overall a good experience

for the price, great breakfast, fast wifi, cable tv, cant complain

We were there for work for a week. Covers had burns . Bathtub was dirty. A little cleaning and the place would be great.

The desk clerk was very nice. It was just an overnight stop and was dog friendly. It was doable for 1 night

It was getting dark as we arrived so it was wonderful how easy this hotel was to find. We turned off of the Interstate, went a very short distance, passed a gas station and small shopping center and there it was! Checking in was quick and easy. The room was clean, and we could walk across the street to the little shopping center to get our dinner. In the morning we filled our car with gas at the gas station next door and we were easily back on the interstate. If someone wants more than a cup of coffee for breakfast they can go to one of the restaurants close by.

Overall the experience was ok, however, the hallway was very smelly, but inside of the rooms was nice.

The Hotel was easy to find, check-in was painless, the room was clean, quiet, and bug-free. The Super-8 Beds are VERY comfortable. Breakfast is a bit disappointing with no protein, only carbs.

got to hotel and they hadn't got my reservation from their corporate and I stood there for at least 45 minutes . Was extremely tired and needed a shower . Finally got to my room after being on the road for 14 hours

We arrived late but everything went smoothly. The man at the front desk was very friendly not to impressed with the breakfast not much to choose from. Room was clean and the tv worked very convenient to the interstate easy on an off ok for a last minute stay

My mistake--I guess I didn't specify non-smoking. The room smelled terrible. I had to open a ground floor window and there was no screen, scarry! The carpet was covered with burn holes and less than clean. Made me question the overall cleanliness of the room which didn't provide for a restful stay.

Usually stay at the red roof next door but it was full. Very old place, microwave broken, free breakfastt Was empty by 8 am. Not comfortable at all. Stay at the red rood!

The manager was very customer friendly and very understanding of our needs. Our car broke down on the way and she was very helpful. Next visit we will stay there.

We were book in a smoking room when we wanted no-smoking. The front desk took care of it and put us in a non-smoking room. The room was basic and had a worn out look . The bathroom tub could have been cleaner. The room did have free WiFi and mini fridge.

Don't get me wrong. Booked the hotel for two college age staffers and it was CHEAP. You get what you pay for and I knew what it was going to be. Yes the carpets are worn. Towels are thin and its no luxury. They crashed for an six hour sleep before heading South. But look. $49.00 total: you get what you pay for so no surprises. For a college students, those on a budget it works (hot shower, clean sheets, free wi-fi and a t.v.). For families on a budget - the world needs inexpensive no-frills hotels as long as they are clean). Ample parking. Housekeeping is so-so, I could have booked a better room down the road and paid $75 - but for a few hours sleep....naw. I stay in Winchester all the time and anything more than five years old in that city is in need of refurbishing due to the high volume of visitors in this city. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR - SO if you need handicap, be sure you request before you pay or you will be stuck. Please note that where it asked me if I would recommend to a friend or not: I would not recommend it to most of my friends who can afford better. But if they are on a budget and just need a place to crash, I would recommend it. So I am sorry I can not be more specific with the "No" or "Yes" box.

Comfortable bed, could have smelled better, unaware of pet aloud....not mentioned when I booked rooms I would have not got these rooms cause my Nephews are allergic to dogs.

We stayed for a pool tournament at Blue Fox Billiards right across the street. We basically needed a place just to sleep and shower. The rooms are a bit old and worn, but were very clean and had nice tv, fridge and microwave and the beds were very comfortable! We could have stayed at Quality Inn but this our favorite! Close to everything. We'll definitely stay again.

Even though the staff was very friendly, I would probably never stay here again. I was definitely NOT impressed with the hotel overall. Due to bad weather, I was unable to get to the hotel until the next morning and I was still charged for the night I did not stay and was not given any consideration for the charges. I would have liked at least a discount! I called several times during my drive and a couple of the night staff assured me that my card would not be charged until I arrived in person. I assumed that meant that I wouldn't have to pay for the night I didn't make it. The hotel was not full and the courtesy would have been nice.

nothing positive to add. It's simply an average place to stay.
