The motel was fine, overall. I had to have the room access cards re-initialized twice but that was a very minor issue. I would have liked scrambled eggs with the breakfast rather than the cold and hard boiled that were available.

Worse room ever, the king size bed was very hard and lumpy, we could even feel the springs in places. The room was mostly clean but the wall around the sink and mirror was splattered with tooth paste and soap. The clerk clustered the guests next door to each other so we could hear TVs and talking. The rooms were open to the outside so every time a guest went up and down the stairs you could hear banging against the metal stairs. I've had good luck at other red roof inns but this one was bad even for lodging in this category. I would not recommend this red roof inn.

Room was infested with flying bugs a crawling bugs. Had to check bed several times before laying down in my gym overalls. I left my luggage in the car. I checked in very late after long truck hauling, it was too late to change the hotel then. Will not recommend it - will not stay there.

This was a good place for a one night rest. Clean room and breakfast, got what we paid for.

No one at desk when we tried to check in Toilet leaked - water flowed into tank every few minutes Noisy neighbors til 2 AM

Our stay was just a stopover between South Carolina and home. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable.

basic motel for a cheap rate. No microwave nor fridge in room. Coffee maker worked. No table. Had a small counter instead. One chair. TV and channel selection was fine. Mattress barely OK. Pillows too thin required two for decent support. At checkin was asked 3 times how many key-cards I needed, and still gave me 2 when I said 1. He was not listening. A little annoying. Did not try WiFi so do not know performance. Did not try breakfast, so can not comment on that either. Easy access to I-81. Maybe too easy since right next to highway, but I did not hear noise on my side of building.

Right off I81 with plenty of stuff nearby. Clean and tidy room and in reasonable state of repair. Excellent for an overnight stay when traveling

Good room. Overall value was good. Staff was helpful.

Great for overnight right off interstae and has food and beverage close by. DOG FRIENDLY N/C

We had a good stay at the Red Roof Inn in Winchester. The room was clean. The maintenance could have been better but for one night the room was good. The staff was polite and courteous. While the breakfast was ok, the place needs better equipment, i.e. the toasters were terrible.

Room was great for the rate. A few real simple things could help a lot for the 4night stay. I also could have researched a bit more to find out there were no microwave or refrigerator eaven a small refrigerator would go along way with small children. Mattresses a bit on the hat side lol but everyone there willing to do what they can to help.

Arrived very late and left very early. Staff at both ends very nice and welcoming. Conveniently located right off interstate 81. Comfortable beds and very clean. Continental breakfast was a little sparse for fruit and juice but for the price I have no complaints. Nice stretch of fenced grass at back and on one side to walk pets.

recently refurbished; but TV not flat screen. Tidy, clean and good.

Non smoking room reared of smoke. Beds hard as rock, literally felt every spring in mattress. Room somewhat clean but old and outdated. Expected that for price. We have very limited needs but pay a little extra for something else. Great location though.

We experience a flood of national preportions at our conference headquarters with all events canceled for May 15,1617.We attempted to check out Friday morning at 10 M. Front desk said we forfet Friday and saturday night because we prepaid. Nothing could be returned. I wont stay here again or use this travel agency .

I was very unhappy with my stay. The room smelled strongly of deodorizer. It was not clean. There were pieces of paper debris along the baseboards, the linens were very dingy especially the hand towels. I would not stay there again.

girl at the front very nice, room was on ground floor. old TV's. 80k internet limited speed. coffee available all the time.

The room was a little dirty and found some bugs.....

This was just a quick overnight stay....arrived 10 pm and left at 8 am.....room was clean and mattresses were firm, but comfy. WiFi worked well. The back of the bathroom door needs painting from a dog probably scratching it.....killed one bug immediately on entry to the room. The customer service on checking in and checking out was very good. The "continental breakfast" was exactly that......nothing to write home about.....We ate breakfast at a Bob Evans on our continuing trip.
