Only one con, the outside garbage can, was overflowing.
Alot of storage options and great breakfast. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room ( (had to go to lobby to heat stuff up).
Staff and property was great. Breakfast needs work but understandable during these times.
Breakfast is not included anymore. They have a doggie bag for you with one muffin and an orange juice. Unbelievable that orbitz doesn't clarify their continental breakfast is closed and you get oatmeal and a yogurt...but there is no microwave in the room so I have to use the microwave in the lobby like I'm in a truckstop. Also the cleaning staff quit and I didn't get room service,All I got was an I'm sorry so what they are getting is a one star rating. On top of all the the king size rooms are small, smaller then alot of hotels. All in all I regret every dollar I spent there. Again if I got a 20 dollar voucher or even money off the hotel stay since clearly the breakfast is subpar then fine but to be informed when I arrive is something else.

Best hotel in winchester! clean -modern -well organized and staff are super friendly and always welcoming! complimentary water coffees all day. and mostly importantly regardless of tough time right now, House keeping clean the room everyday!!! Fantastic!
Justin was a true gem at the front desk. He was very welcoming, gave me some helpful info about the local area and when I left my kindle there had it shipped for me. A true champ! Give that guy a raise.
Staff was very nice and hotel in general was really kept clean. Still have breakfast bags to grab on your way out in the mornings in midst of covid 19.....will be staying there again next week
Didn't get the room I requested and paid for. Wanted a king bed room but was given two full beds instead. Beds were awfully small.
