They wouldn’t extend my stay because I didn’t let them in to clean the room because we had a dog. All I did was ask if they could come back later because I was sick she said no n kicked me n my autistic grandson out! The staff sucks except one housekeeper that was very nice

There were roaches everywhere from the microwave fridge night stand and ceiling. The shower was atrocious and looked as if it wasn’t cleaned since 1986. There holes in the wall maybe bullet holes and the carpeting was from 1978 hosting numerous stains very unacceptable

The property definitely needs to bomb for bugs they have roaches. The sheets and towels aren’t cleaned properly.

The room was ok, a lot of noticable damage to the ceiling. We didn't have washcloths in the bathroom. I went to the front desk around 6am, the door was locked, was told via intercom, housekeeping comes in at 8am. Very bad costumer service.

I booked through a second party so after I pay, they charge me another $50 but it’s not in the information for the second booking party or third booking party so when I tell the guy that you should put that if y’all gonna promote starts yelling at me catching the attitude and then I still haven’t received my $50 back even though the room was left in the same condition. I got it in.
