Easy access. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel had a musty smell. Room cleanliness needed more detail.

Check in took over 15 minutes and there was only 1 person in front of me. Left keys at front desk at checkout as things were slow again. First sent to room that hadn't been cleaned during check in so had to go back to front desk to get room that had been cleaned

Did not like the fact that the entire hotel smelled like marijuana as soon as you step foot into the lobby. Could not stand to be in my hotel room even to sleep due to the man next door smoking in his room which made our hotel room smell heavily of smoke and our belongings. Staff were abrupt and rude.

This hotel is a good value. The room and linens were clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was quiet. The hot breakfast buffet was well done. The breakfast area was very neat and clean - kudos to the young lady who was keeping it that way during breakfast! I was happy with my stay.

First room was not cleaned, opened beer packaging left in room, bedding was damp and not clean and bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor and tub from previous guests. There also was no elevator to get to 2nd floor where our room was.

Quiet. Desk attendant was very pleasant. Breakfast area very clean.

This is a good value. Hotel was clean even though there is room for improvement in that department. Hotel staff were all extremely nice and showed they cared. All were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and will be were I stay when I visit this area again.

When I arrived, Orbitz had failed to send my confirmation to the hotel. While I waited for Hetty, the woman at the front desk, to sort it out for me, she was more than accommodating. She then went above and beyond to find me a room in a quiet section of the hotel. The bed was comfy, room was clean, the breakfast was ok. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel lobby was nice, no one at front desk when I arrived. Previous day I called for early check in and staff person would not accommodate and refused to until I called in morning. Room was extremely smelly and misty and tile in bathroom was moldy.
