Very smelly and dirty

Good place

It was dirty, depressing, furniture broken in the room. Police arresting people , a man screaming obscenities, mold in the shower. Have you not heard of clorox? Over all sad, and run down. Cigarette butts all over the place. I will now take Ramada off my list of hotels to sty at in the future.

It was not what we expected. The refrigerator was leaking water. The shower had rust/brown stains. The toilet was an industrial toilet one you see in public bathrooms. It was noisy, the door stuck. The guest slammed doors all night and across the hall in room 132, there was some kind of animal noise which I recorded that blared all hours of night so sleeping was a difficult chore. I have never had these kinds of complaints booking hotels through Orbitz. The quality was always good but this year not so much. I also had to put down a $50 deposit which I have never had to do booking through Orbitz in the past. I may have to stop using Orbitz. It has not been a great experience this year.

Horrible experience! The toilet did not work, the sink was stopped up and the AC did not work. This is my second terrible experience with an Orbitz reservation after many, many years of positive experiences. I'm thinking it may be time to stop using Orbitz.

This was a safe, quiet, clean, pleasant place to stay. I don't need expensive little luxuries, so it was just right for me.

Check in was easy, room was nice and staff friendly. Loved the adjustable shower head. Breakfast was ok....a bagged breakfast. Did not like the hotel charging my card after i had paid in full online. Now i have to wait for reimbursement to cancel out expences on card. Other hotels just use a hold

Easy access. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel had a musty smell. Room cleanliness needed more detail.

Check in took over 15 minutes and there was only 1 person in front of me. Left keys at front desk at checkout as things were slow again. First sent to room that hadn't been cleaned during check in so had to go back to front desk to get room that had been cleaned

Great location. Great price given the location. Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was good

We stayed just one night so everything was ok. Room smelled like a fresh paint ( annoying). Breakfast was very good and the location was great.

Did not like the fact that the entire hotel smelled like marijuana as soon as you step foot into the lobby. Could not stand to be in my hotel room even to sleep due to the man next door smoking in his room which made our hotel room smell heavily of smoke and our belongings. Staff were abrupt and rude.

Very noisy neighbors. Called desk with no answer. Right down the hall from desk, can't believe they could hear how loud the room was. Could hear clearly in the hall when packing up leaving at 4:30 am because we didn't want our dog, who kept barking loudly, to bother any one else.
