The staff is very nice and the rooms are huge. It is a low rate hotel though so not the cleanest or fanciest, but you get what you pay for.
it was run-down, smelled bad, could feel the springs in the bed, only one chair,
It smelled terrible and had dog feces residue on the carpet
We were able to stay with our dog, in a very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Shower drain was blocked. Black, dirty, foul smelling water was seeping up the drain into the tub. I was offered a 15% off coupon by the staff. I wasn't able to shower in my room. Poor experience and attempt to remedy the problem.
Close to major exits and eateries. House keeping kept passing by our room and I had to track them down to ask if they’re coming back to do our room. Perhaps this was because we had our dog with us, but when they returned we put the dog on the balcony or took him for a walk. There were 4 of us not including the dog but we only got towels and face cloths for just 3.
Outdated and hard to get in and out of the location. Some staff were very friendly, some were not. For a one night stay not to bad
Our car was stolen from this property the hotel staff was no help thanks to Newark police department for locating our vehicle and returning it safely
Friendly staff. Breakfast provided. Very convenient location.
Great stay and great location. I’ll stay again. I’ll recommend to anyone who wants to spend time in Delaware or just for a night rest.
