Shower controls were broken and water pressure was not good. Couldn’t get the water to adjust properly was either hot or cold and again the pressure. Also this was a day trip for me and I didn’t bring body wash was just going to use the toiletries provided for up struggles with the shower and tried to use the shampoo in the shower and it was empty... just not the best visit.

The first room that me and my wife checked in was not cleaned properly mainly the bathroom the toilet had not been clean I went downstairs to the desk they said that housekeeping was still available and they would send them up right away. My wife and I left for about 5 hours returned and the bathroom was not cleaned. I then had to walk back down stairs and demand a room change because that was unacceptable.

I usually stay at another chain hotel, but after seeing the reviews I decided to stay here. The hotel was fine, room was clean, breakfast was as expected (pretty much the same as all chain hotels). The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with the bathroom. The sink was clogged. Tried to remove the stopper and found quite a bit of black debris blocking the drain. The hotel could use a few updates, but overall it was comfortable for the one night I stayed.

Staff was very friendly and energetic. Upon entering I was greeted with smiles and good characters who set me up my room for the night. The room itself was spacious and clean. Something about the environment was screaming for me to come back again. :)
