Horrible condition, hotel is old and musty. We were overcharged becuase of graduation qweekend, which i can accept but the condition and quality of hotel is beyond repair.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, but the smell of cigar and smoke is everywhere. Even when you turn on the bathroom vent it reeks of old smoke. The hotel may be non smoking now but at one time it was heavily smoked in.
I only stayed at this hotel for 1 hour because the building had paint everywhere there were tarps in the lobby I could not see the hotel staff and the hotels smelled like smoke and when I complained they blamed it on me . They meaning the fat black man that was working at the hotel lobby came to my room, did not communicate that he was hotel staff and blames me for smoking when I don’t and only after being at the (currently under and unsafe renovations ). The fat black man came to My room with no mask and with covid I felt unsafe . I asked got a refund from them and they declined and am Waiting from my refund from Orbits . The police report can confirm everything f

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good- close to everything we wanted. Cleanliness was just average. The room was very small.
Sticky gum like substance between the beds. Toilet in rest room had skin flakes and hairs around rim. Toilet wasn't flushed when I checked in.
This facility is sketchy with broken equipment-door. Billed as a non-smoking hotel, the staff was outside in the front of the hotel smoking. And, the guest were also smoking which could be smelled coming through the halls. Called the front desk to report, but to no avail. This was my second and LAST stay here, as it has seemed to decline in ALL categories.
The room was very clean. Carpet in halls was very dirty. Trash can was very small, too small for one night's dinner trash. Walls on stairs were in state of disrepair. Staff very friendly.
Convenient Location, Bob Carpenter Center, TGIF Restaurant Next Door, Near Major Highway Exit Plus Close by gas station, stores, McDonalds etc.
Dead light bulb in bedside lamp, dirty comforter, plastic bag wrapped over smoke detector, room smelt of cigarettes, coffee urn was empty both mornings during my stay (at 6 am).
Property needs updating. Breakfast was not good: stale bagels, no eggs/bacon.
the night staff shouldn't have taken my credit card, when the room was already *paid* for in full prior to me even checking in: I know the staff said it was for incidental damage to the room, but that just puts me in bad light- -especially when *three* other hotels recently inside a week didn't ask for my credit card! I should not be pre-judged because past tenants were bad. Sorry, but that's just true. Also I was put in a room, where the phone did not work. That's plain dysfunctional.

I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel.
