"Room was clean, but this is an older hotel that could use some remodeling. Aside from older decor, our shower curtain rod was loose and there wasn’t a drain in the tub. My son was locked out of the room and stranded on the balcony. He had his keycard, but it did not work.
The biggest issue was the fight that broke out at 1 am on our hall among guests. It sounded like 10+ people in the hallway. Lots of shouting and vulgar language. There were security guards downstairs, but they did not seem to be doing anything about the fight on the second floor. One person called the front desk and was told the police had been called. No one apologized for the disturbance. I would not stay here again."
