Property very clean I sleep good. Non smoking. Excellent price

Everything was nice! The room was clean and it smell good....

Lobby of this hotel has been updated. Staff were friendly. We were told to go out back for our room. Parking lot towards back had pot holes big enough to swallow our car. As we were walking to the back door window was broke, upstairs had severe water damage. Our room had water damage, carpet was filthy, red color was brown. These were not the pictures on orbitz. I called and asked for a room that was clean. The staff quickly put us in a room up front with a king. This room had been updated. The back of this hotel should be condemned.

good value breakfast especially waffle maker. pool was great even pretty but needs updating. staff friendly and solicitus. adjacent parking lots in serious need of paveing. slep like a rock. would stay again as price was right.

After finding out we booked thru orbizts They were even more rude an Un willing to Help in anyway. At check out the manger went as far as to cuss me out. And yell at me. Just for asking for a hotel receipt for my records Red roof inn should really do something with this manager. No one should be treated this badly

The air conditioning did not work in our room the first night. They lied to Orbitz and told them we didn't have the air turned on and that they would have the room cooled down when we returned for the second night. I stopped in during the day to find everything was turned off. I turned the temperature down as low as it would go and turned it back on to find they came in after I left and turned everything off. The room was so hot it was cooler outside. Miserable hotel and they lie with no self respect. Breakfast was until terrible, rooms were dirty, the security on the doors were broken. We were in the back of the hotel and the lighting was terrible and the back door was broken to get into the hotel. I have stayed a lot of places for and traveling and have NEVER been in a place like this. I will never stay there again nor do I recommend this place to anyone.

Not even sure where to start. Upon entering, stood listening to man behind counter disputing a unhappy customer on the phone, little did I know I would be one as well. They put me in room on the forth floor and said to drive up. The parking lot was a maze of potholes, overflowing garbage with broken furniture next to the door that I was to enter. The card strip to get into the door was hanging off with the wires exposed and door not able to close. The hallway was dark and dirty and then the best was going into one of the special King rooms - not quite. Very dated furniture, smelled. No hair dryer and bathroom plug that did not work. The Ice machine out of order and dirty on the floor with broken stained furniture laying beside it. I would have left, but knew I wouldn't get my money back. I will never stay in that hotel again. I travel often for work and will hesitate to visit another Red Roof. When I said something at the front desk about the condition of the hotel - he never even apologized.

The room was ok the to lay your head down but not if you trying to enjoy a relaxing time cheap quick nap sleep from my experience good place to clean up rest and bounce

The bathroom needs upgrading. The faucet handle was loose and came off in my hand.

Beds were too hard. Location was easy to find, checking in took a little longer as they were having computer trouble at the front desk. Can't complain too much for the price we paid.

This is a building previously housing a Quality Inn, but is now under the Red Roof Inn label. It seems to have great potential, with an outdoor pool, inside corridors, large banquet/lounge room. A sign in the lobby says they are undergoing renovations, but I did not notice any improvements being made. The building is older. Staff, at times, appear rude. If I were traveling alone and needing a cheap room in the area, I might stay here again. I would not bring my wife back here, nor would I recommend this location to any friends.

Very accommodating staff and very friendly. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I like a stiffer mattress. Pillows were comfortable as well. Nice tv.

Hotel is located close to Little League Museum but was very musty smelling. Breakfast was free but the food was stale.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was excellent and the shower pressure and Temps were amazing!

rough hotel
