2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 4 (2 kings or 1 king and 2 twins) fully furnished and equipped Villa, in newest area of Villages, McClure. Near Great golf courses, Pubix, Edna’s, Fenny grill, and pools. Lovely screened porch to enjoy your mornings and evenings, as well as barbecue. 4 seater, basic golf cart so bring your friends and split the cost! Has wireless internet, Sling tv and smart TV with many channels. You will have temporary resident ID with access to golf, pickleball, shuffleball, bocce ball, clubhouse fun and pools! Brownwood Square is a 10 min drive or 20 min golf cart trip, where you can enjoy music nightly!

The Villages

The homeowners were great. They met us at the house to walk us thru what we needed to know. They invited us to meet them at the Village activity which we would have not gone if they didn't tell us about it, and we loved it. Every week we would meet them there. The homeowners couldn't do enough for us. Great People.

Villages stay

The property was great. We did have a few issues like no hot water for 3 days however the owner was in contact with us. It just took a long time to get it fixed as it was over a weekend. The property advertised a golf car included. They told us they had some previous problems with the cart however it was fixed. We did get stranded where it would not start. After working with it for about an hour we were able to get it started and got back home. We were afraid to use it again after that incident so we were without that luxury which had been advertised as available. We struggled with Tv. Could not find any local channels. Seemed anything we wanted to watch we had to subscribe to.. we were here over super bowl weekend and had to watch that on our laptop.

A little disappointing

Check in was easy and the property was as described. For us a major shortcoming was that we were given an Guest ID rather than a Temporary Resident ID. This meant that we could not use the Online Golf Reservation System making it virtually impossible to get Tee Times on any of the Executive Courses(Big Problem for us). Owner attempted to intervene but with no success. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with appliances and dishes. All appliances including washer and dryer worked well. Mattress in the Master BR is foam and very soft; not good for the back. Bathroom could be cleaned better, we had to clean the sink drain to get the water to drain better and the shower had mildew in the corners.
