Our room was very gross… My husband and I were traveling for job he was doing. I booked the room to give us both a break from being in the car, etc… saw they had a hot tub .. the photos looked good ( of course) Butttt….The pool area was closed, the vanity sink and counter had NOT been cleaned, and other surfaces and the furniture in the room was very stained and dirty looking! The room has a funky smell, and of course to top it off, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER WHEN EITHER OF US TOOK SHOWERS! Oh yeah, and the “breakfast “ Yuck. Yuck Yuck. The smell in the “ breakfast area” smelled like vomit. Done.

Nice clean hotel

Was in town just overnight. This was a nice Clean hotel with friendly staff. The bed was extra comfy. Breakfast was included and there were many choices. Just one complaint- the hotel (and many of the nearby hotels) were located right next to I-75, a major highway. It was hard to block out the sound of speeding cars and trucks all night. I realize this is not the "fault" of the hotel, but just be aware to ask for a room that does not face the highway.

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff—they were friendly and helpful. The location was nice, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room had a serious roach infestation. Cockroaches were everywhere, especially in the bathroom, and there was a strong, foul smell that made it impossible to stay. We did not feel comfortable at all and ended up leaving early. No matter how nice the staff is, a hotel should be clean and pest-free, which this one definitely wasn’t. Would not recommend unless they completely fix this issue!

Great stay.

This hotel was nice renovated. Check-in was smooth and customer service was very friendly bedrooms were clean. AC was a little old. And beds were comfy breakfast options were nice overall great day
