Just okay. Could/should be better.

Older property; needs to be renovated. No exhaust fan in bathroom; there is an HVAC register, but nothing comes out. HVAC unit in our room was too loud to sleep well, and the room humidity seemed too high. Breakfast buffet (6-9am weekdays; 7-10am weekends) was typical -- edible but not delicious or particularly health. Front desk staff were good. Wi-Fi was mostly useless on the first floor. AT&T cellular coverage is also very poor here. Quieter than I expected -- we didn't hear doors slamming, people being loud, etc. Good parking lot. We had to get our room keys "re-coded" multiple times, and I don't think it was our fault.

I had a great stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Wildwood – The Villages. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Everything felt fresh and tidy, which made the stay really relaxing. The free breakfast was a nice bonus—tasty, convenient, and a great way to start the day. Overall, I had a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for those traveling on 75 in Fla, or want to check out some fun antique shopping. Room was spacious, lots of towels, typical breakfast,however, enough to start your day!

I like the fact of gated parking. I didn't like the fact of being charged as much as i was. Did not say that price when i booked it. I was there attending an event, never got to use drink tickets at all. Only wanted breakfast for the one morning. Didn't like the fact that i had to ask for wash clothes both nights i was there. The toilet un my room kept clogging up.

We consistently have a positive experience with this location. Regardless of the time of day, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always clean. This time, we observed two minor plumbing issues, and they were fixed within a couple of hours of us reporting it.

It was a very nice hotel. The lady that worked Saturday and Sunday during the day at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She told us different things in the area to do and see. The woman on the afternoon shift Saturday and Sunday and also the girl on the day shift on Monday were not friendly at all.

Most importantly, all the staff at this hotel were excellent—friendly, courteous, and helpful. The hotel itself was not so great—the air conditioner was noisy and we had to use the humidifier because if we didn’t everything was left damp. The floors seemed dirty, the free breakfast was nothing special, the pool was closed for four days because there was glass in it.

Morning check-in desk employee not very friendly; was kicking back in her chair on cell phone when I arrived so I waited patiently until she noticed me. Upon checkout 2 days later I had to ask for a receipt for my stay. I'm use to being asked if i'd like a receipt sent to my email or hard copy right then and there..nothing offered. Room was clean and my stay was quiet. Day 2 breakfast we had to ask the attendant to plug in the eggs/sausage warmer as the items were cold. Coffee was very good. Not a lot of breakfast items to choose from but decent.
