The master features an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a standalone shower. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. An additional queen air mattress for extra sleeping space is available in the 3rd bedroom which is set up as a cozy den.
Enjoy access to a variety of community amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, recreation centers, shuffleboard, cornhole, racquetball, picnic areas, hiking trails, and nearby golf courses. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker (coffee not provided), and air fryer/toaster oven, along with cooking basics and dishware. Inside, you'll find multiple Roku-enabled TVs, a dining table with bar seating, and a cozy den with office space.
