Very nice villa. Good host. Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood that is close to eating and entertainment at Sawgrass Grove. Great golf cart. We would stay at this property again.

This is the third time we have stayed here, so that tells you a lot. It's easily accessible and handy to everything we want to do in the area.Fully equipped with kitchenware, towels and bedding, even some condiments.Our friends live nearby, so it's a perfect spot for two couples to stay, while visiting Village residents.The short walk to the pool is one of the best features!

Great Spot

My husband and teenage sons were in town for a basketball tournament. They loved the accommodations and the community, said the golf cart was super convenient and it was a nice area. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

We have visited The Villages every March for the past 4 years. We’ve stayed in various homes in various “Villages” and this location and home has been our favorite. Wonderful location, lovely home and extremely efficient host. We booked this home again for March 2026, as soon as we unpacked for this year’s stay.

My stay at The Villages

Our stay at this villa was excellent. Very clean, spacious and just as the pictures show. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and answered questions. The adult pool to use was just at the end of the street and the “Sawgrass Square” with live music and food just a short walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Better than a hotel

We were looking for a place to stay at hotel prices that gave us more room to spread out and this place is perfect for 2-4 people. We agree with other reviews that the place is well equipped for a rental unit. Pickleball was important to us and the courts are within walking distance. From what other people told us, the courts are one of the better places to play in the Villages.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights while visiting my parents who live in St Catherine. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as listed and exceeded expectations. We had plenty of space, the home is furnished with everything you can think of, and is very comfortable. Host was wonderful as well. Very quick with communication and happy to help with anything. We loved our stay and will be back!

Everything with the house was perfect. We had a little problem with the golf cart, but the owners accommodated us with a rental. I would highly recommend this home perfect for a couple.

Wonderful

Perfect for up to 6. Location was great. Decor was charming. Just overall perfect for our needs for 3 friends visiting other friends and checking out the Village lifestyle but great for a family also. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home and will be back if this rental is available !

Great place, great location!

We really enjoy our stay here. Close to Sawgrass. Golf Cart makes it easy to get to other places. Always clean and well kept. Just bummed Hurricane Milton cut our trip short. Highly recommend this listing!
