Come and enjoy our coastal themed 2 bed, 1 bath apartment. The unit is freshly updated with new granite countertops, new vinyl flooring throughout and fresh and beautiful decor. You'll feel like you are near a beach.

On Par is located in a convenient west side neighborhood near Central and Ridge. There is very easy access to 235, Kellogg, and multiple restaurants and stores as well as the airport.

Guests have full access to the apartment.

With a Smart Lock you can check into this upper level remodeled apartment with ease. The front door opens into the open living and dining room space. Sit and relax on the comfy sectional sofa or leather chair. Kick back and watch shows on our 55" Smart TV.

Needing to work? Set up your workspace in the desk nook. Prep and eat in the beautiful kitchen and dining room.

The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, gray cabinets, and new appliances. With cookware, pots and pans, dinnerware, a blender, mixer, mixing bowls, measuring spoons, and a microwave, you can prepare just about anything. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee (iced or hot) with our Keurig Coffee Maker.

Great holiday spot

This is a second-level corner apartment, newly renovated, new appliances. My little family celebrated Thanksgiving there with a full oven for turkey. All cookware was there. It was a convenient place to provide my college student some time away from her dorm.
Stayed 4 nights in Nov 2024
