Absolutely a garbage stay! Gave my wife a room with someone already in it, then said they were sold out then found the room we paid for. No lock on the door and the ironing board holder fell out of the wall after she closed the door. Spiders in the room and for breakfast they said if you want water you have to pay for it. No ice No water dispenser. Go anywhere else in the Wichita area!!!

My room did not have bed pillows. It had 5 sofa pillows (square 1’ x 1’). The cups provided had a bad smell. Rust and missing grout in bathroom. The room clean and neat. Temperature was perfect for me. I never adjusted the thermostat. The continental breakfast choices were not very good. Coffee machines (different machine each day I was there) functioned, but barely. I would stay there again but would not have very high expectations. Friendly enough people but English didn’t seem to be understood that well except by one young staff person and the person that checked me in. I would stay there again

Poor condition for $100 a night.

The room was worn down and needs renovation. Our phone cord didn't attach to the phone, the remote was broken, our bath tub had chunks missing with stains in it, and the toilet ran throughout the night. Almost nothing with our room was functional, and the furniture was dated including the beds.

We could hear the person snoring in the room next to us. The other room we reserved for the night the toilet would run every 20 minutes. And while i understand hotels constantly change furniture this place had used stained mattress up against the windows that you could see as you walked by to get to your room

The receptionist did not know what he was doing he had to get help from another person she was good. The room was ok but smell and the bed cover had holes. The breakfast was just ad bad we had the identical bottle of .ilk and orange juce both days. We left a day early.

Lock broken. No key available for room. Employee had to open door if we left together. Bed spread had at least 4 holes in it. Verified with front desk that they were aware of it. Freezer I defrosted with red soda or juice spilled in it.

This property is very clean and the staff work hard to make your stay pleasant. This is an old property with some maintenance issues but the staff switched our rooms right away when we had trouble. The room we ended up in was great. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The lobby smelled of spices.
