"Staff was super nice! "

"We did not eat breakfast. But wahlburgers room service was great. We ate at lookout and the food was good, but I had a hair in my salad. They replaced my salad and did not charge me. On the 3rd day we started smelling a sewage smell in our rooms around 10 at night. We called front desk and the night desk lady refused to come up, but stayed she would send someone else. We never saw anyone. We also struggled with housekeeping and had to call down for towels, clean up our own room and get air freshener. Finally they came and cleaned one of our rooms, never vacuumed or cleaned the sinks or showers. We gave up. We actually like the ambiance of this hotel but they truly need to replace the cleaning staff quickly. "

"Very kind staff, Front desk attendant was very kind when I checked in as well as Michelle, the associate overseeing the morning breakfast duties the following morning. Dove products in the room were nice!"
