I like that it was quiet. There can be more light in the bathroom.

$21 a day for parking is ridiculous. Also, have a receptionist that speaks understandable English.

Once the renovations are complete, this will be a great place to stay. The rooms already done are much better than our prior stays.

Good location. Staff was generally pleasant and accommodating other than when we tried to get some canadian currency for the vending machine and were told we would have to find an ATM. If you can't exchange fund then I would suggest having an ATM on-site.

Superb staff! Very nice hotel. Rooms with 2 beds and adjoining rooms are very helpful. Excellent stay and close to everything.

Great location and parking costs are fair compared other area hotels. On a side note: the spaghetti place around the corner isn’t very good. Sat waiting for a table 15 minutes while there were lots of empty ones. Was told by a bartender that they only have 3 people working there so you have to wait for a service and poor food.

room with 2 queen beds would be tight fit for 4 skiers.... not enough room to put gear and clothes. OK for 2. limited options for breakfast. staff courteous and competent. despite being near the elevator, didn't hear it.

Hotel and room is very clean and cozy. The hotel could use some updating.

Good hotel near the gondolas. Close to shops and restaurants. Quiet and clean room, with comfy beds. Also, basic continental breakfast is included, which was a pleasant surprise for us! The only issue we had was the shower in our room wasn’t working. We were there for just one night and after a tiring day on the slopes, we were happy with the soaking tub, but yeah it would have been a real bummer to have someone come out and fix it right when you need it. Overall a great place to stay and we would look for it on our next Whistler trip.

We booked a double room and upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The suite was very spacious and gave our family room to spread out. Large bathroom. Rooms are a little outdated but very clean. Hot tub was in sad little enclosed room that you had to walk past kitchen to get to. Bearfoot Bistro in hotel has a nice happy hour. Good food but rude bartender.

A little dated in terms of the air conditioning. No microwave. Fees for parking. Good location.

Great hotel at a great price. Right in the middle of Whistler village.

Very nicely maintained hotel with friendly staff, easy to walk to shopping, safe

Hotel is well located, next to Hilton and close to Westin. A short 5 min walk to the Village stroll and shops. Walk to gondolas and lifts. Good WiFi, breakfast everyday, but by 3rd day you will need to find something different. Parking is $21 CAD per day, a bit high. Overall, great value for a hotel of this category, well located just at the Village. Will return.

The best thing going for this hotel is its location. It is only a 3-4 min walk from the blackcomb & whistler lifts and about a minute form the pedestrian only whistler Olympic village. So the location is fantastic. But when it comes to the hotel, room condition was dated with low lighting, poor bedding and bad wallpaper. Amenities were not that great either, parking is added cost, breakfast is lackluster with only cereal, boiled eggs and toast, there is a small hot tub in OK condition, and a coin operated guest laundry. Finally, the hotel tries to be green conscious with their green notices about towels, bamboo access cards, and earth conscious chemicals which is a good start, but with mercury thermostats, incandescent light fixtures, regular flow water fixtures, and synthetic carpet you get a sense of superficial attempt to be green conscious.

Dear valued guest, Thank you for your feedback. I agree that our hotel, although quite central to all the activities that Whistler has to offer, it is out of the way of the noise from the local bars etc. I hope that you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry that you experienced a low light in your bathroom. I will pass this message onto the departments for future consideration. We hope to have your presence again in the hotel. Kind regards, Isabelle Duty Manager.

Good Afternoon, I hope that you had a fantastic time here in whistler! Parking in whistler has always been an issue, there is unfortunately no free parking here, however we do like to remain competitive and do offer the cheapest parking of all the hotels here. I apologise if there was any issues with any of our staff and we always strive for the best customer satisfaction so i will pass your feedback on. Hope to see you again soon! Kind Regards

Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate the inconvenience of our staff not being able to exchange money, however they should have made you aware that we do have an ATM on site. I will make sure to retrain my staff to make sure this mistake is not replicated. My apologies again.
