The room was much smaller than what was advertised online. The power outlet above the kitchen counter didn’t work. The room was also very close to the elevator, and the sound insulation was poor, so it was quite noisy. I contacted the hotel about these issues but did not received a response during the stay.

The location was perfect for us. Steps from the Village stroll and less than 10 minute walk to the gondola. Very quiet area but so close to the fun stuff. The hotel and room had everything we needed.

Beautifully designed room. Comfortable bed and bathtub beside the bed. Nice TV, functional kitchen, Fireplace and nice view up the mountain. Although I didn’t notice any pictures of it, there was an outdoor hot tub beside the pool. Looked nice but didn’t get an opportunity to use it.
