Our stay was perfect at the Alpenglow Lodge in Whistler. Our suite provided everything and more that we would have required for our stay. It was clean and fully functional for me and my kids. We loved the pool, sauna and hot tub after a day of exploring the beautiful mountains and village.The staff at the Alpenglow were thoughtful and lovely, always greeted us with a smile and answered any question graciously. The toilet was clogged, Airconditioner was not working yet making noise like a Generator. There were no supplies in the bathroom. On top of that when I asked for a change of room I was told We r fully booked and can't help you with clogged toilet.Had to find another Hotel at short notice. Overall a Rip off and not a great place to stay period.

-Easy parking, $25 per day (I think the parking space is for small car, for the big car, it occupies 2 spots....Good luck if your are planning to go on the holiday LOL); there is 15 mins free parking next to the parking entrance -Well equipped of kitchen utensils

Perfect location. It was close to everything so we didn't have to drive much. Room had everything you needed to cook. Staff were friendly. Only complaint is how tight the underground parking. I drive a smaller car and had a hard time getting into a stall and getting out of my car. I would rebook here when I return to whistler
