The Space:

Soft snowfall settles over the surrounding evergreens as you step onto the deck, the air crisp and still in the winter quiet. After a day carving fresh lines on Whistler Mountain, you can unwind in the steaming hot tub or slip into the heated pool as the sky fades into a cool alpine dusk. Indoors, the glow of the fireplaces and the warmth of gathering spaces create a welcoming place to settle in, recharge, and enjoy the serene mountainside setting.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level features a primary suite with a king bed, a sitting area with gas fireplace, and a private deck. Its ensuite includes heated floors, a double vanity, a soaking bath, and a glass-enclosed shower. A second primary offers a four-poster king bed, scenic views, a private deck, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and dual vanity. The third bedroom includes a double bed and a loft with an additional double bed, served by an ensuite with a shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom with a sitting area connects to a full ensuite. A nanny room with a single bed and TV includes its own ensuite, offering additional privacy and convenience, alongside a guest powder room. The lower level adds another bathroom with a steam shower.



Outdoor living

Winter days flow easily between time on the mountain and time at home. The private outdoor pool is heated, allowing for use, and the hot tub provides a cozy vantage point for alpine views. A fire pit adds a natural gathering place on colder evenings, and the patio, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and BBQ grill remain available for days when the weather softens.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed for home cooking, along with stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone counters, and a gas range. A breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table accommodates ten for shared meals. The BBQ area just outside provides another option when you want to cook in the fresh mountain air.

A media room with surround sound, a billiards room with a pool table, and a dedicated workout space with a treadmill and elliptical offer a range of indoor activities after time on the slopes. The Control4 Bluetooth sound system extends through the home, and indoor fireplaces enhance the atmosphere as evening settles in.



Ski access & neighborhood

Ski-out trails from nearby access points connect you to the Lower Peak to Creek Trail, leading toward the base of the Creekside Gondola. Ski-in access returns you close to the private Kadenwood gondola, which brings you down to Creekside Village for dining, shops, and services. Set within Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers a quiet forested setting with private entrance, free parking garage, and EV charger.

The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.

• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

Very nice property. Pictures online are good, property is more impressive in person. All rooms are spacious. We traditionally stay in Whistler Village but decided to try Creekside on this trip. The private Gondola is quite convenient for skiing and property is a very short walk to lift. A rental car is a must as road up to property is winding and we drove into village each night for dinner (about ten minutes). We enjoyed the space as we had six in our party using four bedrooms. Excellent experience and would stay again! My only suggestion would be to leave better instructions for technology in the house. If you know control4 it is no problem, but if not, the lights and media can be confusing.

What a place

The photos on the website don't do this magnificent house justice. It's more beautiful than we ever imagined. The views of Alta lake and valley are stunning and viewable from most of the house. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed every feature this place offered including billiards table, media room and the huge soaring spaces. It was incredible. The older kids loved the loft bedroom. The private gondola for the Kadenwood neighborhood is amazing as well. While we stayed in summer, the ski access is also impressive. Also, Whistler Platinum is the very best property management company ever. They are so polite and prompt with help. I strongly recommend this house.
