The Space:

Soft winter air settles over the quiet White Gold neighborhood as you step into a home designed for gathering, unwinding, and reconnecting after cold days on the mountain. Inside, warm lighting, cushioned seating, and the glow of the indoor fireplace create a welcome contrast to Whistler’s snowy landscape. Whether you spend your days exploring ski trails or wandering the nearby Village, this retreat gives you room to relax together in comfort.



Sleeping arrangements

Eight ensuite bedrooms are arranged to comfortably host your group, each offering a private bathroom with a step-in shower and a simple, restful layout. Six bedrooms sit on the main level with a mix of king and queen beds, while two additional bedrooms upstairs continue the same ensuite design. A powder room with a shower is located near the hot tub area for added convenience.



Living spaces

The open-plan living area brings everyone together with large sofas, a cushioned bay bench, a wall-mounted TV, Sonos speakers, and a gas fireplace that adds warmth after time outdoors. A home cinema room with an 80-inch smart TV, surround sound, and tiered seating offers a dedicated space for movie nights when you prefer to stay in.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is designed to support shared meals with a 48-inch Viking range, double refrigerators, double dishwashers, and space for several people to cook at once. A long 18-foot dining table seating eighteen sets the scene for slow breakfasts before heading out into the cold or hearty dinners after winter adventures. Kitchen amenities include a full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics.



Outdoor living

Winter in Whistler encourages time spent soaking in the hot tub, feeling the cold air rise around you while you stay warm in the water. The balcony offers built-in BBQs and mountain views, and although the putting green and bikes may rest under winter conditions, the outdoor fire pit provides another gathering point for crisp evenings outside. Patio and balcony areas, outdoor furniture, and a backyard space extend the home’s livable areas whenever you want fresh air.

Washer and dryer sets, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, portable fans, heating, and safety essentials support a comfortable stay. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for two vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

It offers quick driving access to ski lifts, shops, and restaurants, and is close to Lost Lake Park and the Valley Trail for year-round outdoor activities. Ideal for guests seeking a quiet stay near nature and the village.

Other Things to Note:

• Automatic timers. The outdoor lights, music, and hot tub will automatically switch off at 10 pm

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
