The pod was really nice for staying in a shared living space. Good bed, pillows and storage spaces. It would've been nice if the curtains were black out as the pod was very bright even with the lights off. It was also very hot and I needed to keep the curtain open to get cool air into the pod.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. It makes such a difference. Bed was quite comfortable for me and pod was big enough. Lounge/cafe and rooftop bar are very nice. All together had a nice time! Ideas for small improvements: Better ventilation of rooms that contain pods. When you walk in during the day in summer, there can be a pretty funky shoe smell. Also, bike parking charge should be more reasonable, like $5 a day rather than $15 a day.
Good clean relatively budget option. Staff was very friendly.
It was a god experience. Larger pods than a similar place in Tokyo. USB outlets in the pod. Clean. Quiet. Right downtown. I love it. I wish more destinations had pod hotels.

Hi there, Thanks for staying with us, and for your comments. As a business that’s constantly trying to innovate and improve, we’re always hungry for guest feedback and constructive criticism, so thank you again for taking the time to write this down. We know the temperature in certain pods is an issue for some of our guests (usually when there’s double-occupancy), but we want you to know that we’re doing everything we can to rectify the cause and mitigate the effects – starting by retrofitting an extremely sophisticated (read: expensive) fan system in all our mezzanine areas to drive the hot air down and out. We know this doesn’t change the experience you just had, but your feedback helps us make these kinds of changes and improvements. We hope to see you back at Pangea in the future, and provide a flawless experience when we do! Warm regards and thanks again for being our guest, The Team at Pangea
