The Space:

Soft snow settles across the surrounding evergreens as you step inside to the warmth of radiant heated floors and the glow of a hanging fireplace. Mornings unfold with wide window views of the forested slopes, and evenings invite you to unwind in the sunken hot tub or gather in the open living space as the winter quiet deepens outside. This mountainside home offers direct connection to the slopes and a peaceful setting high above the valley.



Living spaces

Spread across more than 4,000 square feet, the home features an open-concept main level with vaulted ceilings, natural Cherrywood finishes, and expansive windows that frame the peaks of Whistler. The living area flows naturally onto the deck, offering a place to breathe in the crisp air between runs. A media lounge with its own fireplace sits downstairs, creating a second gathering spot for relaxed nights in. Radiant heated floors extend throughout the home, and air conditioning is available during warmer months.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen includes the space and equipment to prepare meals after a day in the snow, along with a granite breakfast bar and a dining table that seats up to ten. A dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, hot water kettle, coffee maker, blender, and cooking basics are provided, as well as dishes and silverware.



Sleeping arrangements

The main level hosts the primary suite with a California king bed, forest views, and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized soaking tub and steam shower. On the lower level, a second bedroom includes a queen bed with a nearby bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each offer a double bed with a trundle and share an ensuite with a double vanity and shower. A fifth bedroom includes a queen bed and its own ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower.

A sunken hot tub sits just outside, surrounded by forest, offering a quiet retreat in the cold season. The deck provides views over the slopes, and outdoor furniture adds a comfortable place to step out for fresh air. The private entrance, patio or balcony, and outdoor spaces connect the home to its mountain setting.

A washer and dryer, safe, clothing storage, hangers, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, iron, heating, portable fans, wifi, and a dedicated workspace are included. The heated two-car garage, snow-melt driveway, and gear storage help streamline transitions between the mountain and the home. Home safety features include exterior security cameras on the property, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.

Located in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers ski access and entry to a private gondola that leads to Creekside Village.
