The room was clean. Bed and bathroom were very clean... drapes were dirty and the hallway floors were so dirty. The whole place just seemed tired, dark and dingy. not well lit at night....lobby was so dark when I would come in at night so it felt very unwelcoming. I came in at 11:00 pm after a long flight and only the desk area was lit... it almost felt like I was coming in while the place was closed.

Everything was amazing! The front desk lady was a sweetheart! Very helpful. Told us about the shuttle service offered for the concert. Great place for a quietb getaway!

The room smelled very bad. Moldy! Carpet was dirty. No exhaust fan in bathroom and so paint moisture could not leave the room. As a result paint was peeling off the walls in bathroom due to the moisture. Air conditioner really only added to the stink. My sister had a room on another floor and she had no hot water on top of it. She asked for an ADA room and it was nothing more than the same room with a hot tub with bars and a low peephole. Same bathtub and not at all ADA friendly. They staff was very nice. The beds were clean and very comfortable. We paid a lot for such a hot mess of a room and hotel. Try another hotel if you come to town!

Frint desk staff was good. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Didn't eat breakfast so can not comment on that but the cleanliness of the hotel was poor. Stains on 2 of the towels in our room. Carpet in the room did not appear to have been vacuumed recently. The hallways and stairs were dirty...definitely had not been vacuumed in some time and there were stains on the carpet through out the hotel. Watched a gentlemen take out trash that was leaking and left a trail of liquid from the hotel to the dumpster. Never came back to clean up the liquid left on the hall floor. Noticed it was still there the next morning as we were leaving. Definitely no attention to detail when it come to cleanliness. Not worth the $160+ a night. Location was great. Will not stay there again.

My friend and I stayed here to go to Grey Day and it was absolutely amazing!! The staff were incredible! They have a shuttle if you plan on going to a concert. The people working the shuttle are actual lifesavers! Rather than spending hundreds of dollars on Uber or Lyft, we spent $35 per person for there and back. My friend accidentally brought her water bottle with us and since we couldn’t take it in with us, Candace, one of the drivers, offered to hold on to it for her. On our way back, the driver made sure we were all okay and comfortable. She gave us water, snacks, and even took us to sheetz to get food. After she dropped us off at the hotel, my friend’s water bottle was waiting for her at the front desk. Overall, I’m absolutely amazed and mind blown with how everything went during our stay :)

When I checked in at 3 my room they gave me looked like someone just left beds a mess garbage bathroom had dirty towels so they gave me a new room and when I got back from my concert my bed closes to the window was damp and stunk like mildew. They did not offer me anything for the inconvenience and I got no sleep
