We've stayed at this hotel many times and it's great every time.
Very nice about letting the family hang together in the lobby. We were there for a funeral and it was nice to have someplace to visit with everyone.
It is a nice Marriott centrally located. Room was spacious and clean. The mattress was way too hard and the AC never worked properly. No TV channel guide which was frustrating.
The hotel grounds are very nice and weykept as is the hotel. Very clean especially the lobby area and where the breakfast foods are everything is so clean if someone spills something it is cleaned up immediately. Rooms are very nice the only problem is the rooms are dark, there are a lot of lamps but the bulbs were very low wattage. The sink area is very dim which makes it hard to put makeup on or do hair. The people at this place are some of the nicest employees I have ever dealt with at a hotel. I needed to change the dates for our stay twice they were so understanding and pleasant and it was not the same person. They absolutely should be recognized for such a great attitude always.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, verrry yummy breakfast. The staff was professional and friendly. Bathrms were immaculate. Lots of decent restaurants close by. Highly recommended!
Very pleased with our stay. The suite was much larger than suites at other hotels we've stayed in on our trip. The beds were comfortable--even the sofa bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was and breakfast area were pleasant and nicely laid out.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Awesome breakfast. This was a great place to stop, and great for families.
Comfortable room nice set up for business use. Good breakfast selection
We stayed at the hotel for a wheeling nailers game and had an amazing time!!! Great breakfast, nice pool!!!
Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was surprisingly spacious for this price level. I usually try to stay in St. Clairsville when I travel to this area. However, this hotel is a lot nicer and was less costly than the hotels in St. C.
We cam to Wheeling to enjoy the Festival of Lights and the hotel is very conveniently located to all the activities. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel is beyond accommodating.
We were looking for accommodations for the weekend of a family members wedding in Wheeling, W. Virginia. We were not familiar with this area and did a search online for hotels and booked based on the most economical rate for the nicest hotel available. The hotel was modern enough and things like breakfast was sufficient/rooms clean/bed comfortable/etc.....however we were EXTREMELY displeased with the lack of professionalism by the front desk clerk Travis. We fully intend to follow up with the hotel chain separately. He also told us we would not get our Marriott points when we asked him to look our account up for us, because we didnt book directly through Marriott. Other staff was amazing, courteous, friendly at all times.... as was anyone else we encountered (housekeeping, ladies helping with breakfast, etc)
I thought it was high for such a small suite. Really I didn't even think it looked like any suite I have ever stayed in thought price was too high
We have stayed here multiple times when we go to our family reunion. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice with a mini kitchenette area and sitting room, clean indoor pool, and has a lot of resturaunts and activities near. We have stayed at others that are a little cheaper in price but you will get what you pay for. My family loves their breakfest options that are included. I am sure we will stay there again.
We were on the road all day, and happy to get to this delightful retreat up the hill.
The room was very clean and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Overall a great stay!
Very nice hotel located about 1 mile from D/T Wheeling. On top of a hill for a good view, overall rating would be B+/A-. Recommended if you're staying in Wheeling for a day or a week.
Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to everything.
Great breakfast spread! Each morning we had a variety of healthy options!
Had a great stay. Staff was very kind and helpful but not overbearing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Peaceful and quiet.
