Nice clean rooms, swimming pool was awesome. Comfortable beds in King room. Breakfast was good. Staff was efficient. Great location! Restaurants near and Walmart. DeeJays was closest with great food. We would stay again!

Stayed for business and was always treated very well by staff. Rooms very clean and went out of way to make sure we wee taken care of. Clean rooms and a great breakfast. Overall was a great stay and definitely stay there in future.Well worth the trip.

We should begin by saying this is a very nice property. Well cared for and seems to have recently been updated. Now for the Real reason I'm taking the time to leave this post: Service. Yes I just finished a great conversation with Kelly, the evening front desk agent and her new trainee, Chris. Clearly Kelly knows how to train and Chris knows how to be kind. When I called to double check the reservation Chris answered the phone perfectly: "it's a great day at Fairfield inn". The sincerity in your voice made me feel like it definitely was a great day at Fairfield Inn. We will definitely be back and we will look forward to that same type of kind service again!

Spent the night here while in the area for a concert, loved the place. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and neat, the beds were very comfortable. They offer complimentary breakfast that looked amazing, however we did not partake we were in a hurry to get on the road but would have if we had time. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

It had been almost 10 years since I had stayed in a Fairfield Inn and I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable. And the decor and furnishings were modern. The employees were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast area was well kept. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again when in the area. It was a significant upgrade over my past experiences with Fairfields.

Stayed at this hotel again over a holiday period. I like the hotel because of its location and amenities. It is within walking distance of a nice resaturant and a very short drive to two grocery stores. It is normally quite too and in the multiple times I have stayed there I have never heard any wildly loud party type stuff going on. I grew up in this area so I would say for this area it is certainly an upper end hotel. If you are wanting something more upscale and willing to pay more, go to the airport area or Pittsburgh. I don't like all the traffic so I normally stay here. The one issue I have had several times with this hotel is a few of the rooms have had this sort of locker room type smell to them. I was actually pleased during this last stay that I noticed none of that. I am sure others have complained about this so it may have been taken care of. I did have one minor issue during this last stay in that we were not meeting my family until noon that day and did not plan on checking out until right at the last minute. 2 times over the course of the morning the cleaning staff knocked on our door to see if we were gone. I know they have rooms to clean for the next night but come on its 2017.....when I check out, hit a button on the computer and then radio to the staff that the room is empty. They were not rude or anything and I would consider this just a minor issue. Overall a good stay.

Stayed here for my sisters graduation with my family and staying in this hotel was miserable. The "continental" breakfast seemed like frozen microwaved eggs and meats and was disgusting. My room wasn't cleaned 2 out of the four nights I stayed and when I brought it up to the front desk the one lady was short and rude with me and told me I can take my own towels and other things I needed with me to the room until housekeeping came in the next day. The only reason I didn't complain right then is the girl in training with the rude lady quickly went and grabbed what I needed, and more (handfuls of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc and extra of everything ) and followed me to my room with us and even put the things away for me and straightened up the bathroom quickly for me and shoved all the dirty towels out of the way she also treated my daughter so very nice and even brought her popcorn and a candy bar because she saw she was cranky. That was the only good experience I had durning this stay was a trainee that actually helped me and my daughter adored her because every time she saw her after she gave her a treat. You need more staff like her!

We stayed here recently in connection with a family event in nearby Ohio. There were 4 rooms for our family, and the hotel helpfully made sure we were all near each other. The hotel was conveniently located off of the highway, and there was plenty of shopping/restaurants nearby. The ribs restaurant nearest to the hotel was especially good. Rooms were honestly smaller than I expected given that we were in "suites," but we also weren't there much to notice. I do with that the living area in the suite would've had a little more separation from the sleeping area as we were traveling with kids, and felt a little trapped as we tried to get them to sleep.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful!!! Stayed there for 4 nights for work at the beginning of the April and loved the hotel room! The suite I was in was perfect! But the service and employees were horrible!!! 3 out of the 4 nights my room didn't get cleaned, when I called down to the desk I was told I opted out of it for points (and no i didn't have my do not disturb tag on the door), but I wasn't a rewards member so how was I earning reward points for something I do not have (and the rooms were under my name not a business, which I tried to explain to the lady and when I called down about and I don't need points because I don't collect point, the lady was short with me and said "well why don't we just sign you up for points then and the problem with be solved or we can just send someone up in the morning to clean you room" when i told her I was checking out the next day, she said I can come down to the desk and get clean towel and what not, which didn't solve my problem one bit). Then while I was waiting for my work shuttle to pick me up, I was sitting in the lobby and there were two people working the front deck and I overheard them talking about about how they are both searching for new jobs and them talking about how little they get paid (and from how much they were saying they get paid, I understand why they were short with me on the phone and why they were talking about doing drugs because if I made under $10 an hour and be a single parent and barely get the hours to meet the requirements for a full time job!! Yes, I got all of this from listening to them talk for 20 minutes). Also my last night there, an employee (i will not say which because I don't want them to get in trouble) was outside and I am pretty sure they were smoking marijuana out of a pipe, because when they came back in he/she smelled of it something terrible!!! When you travel a lot for business, you pick up on a lot of things like this and pay attention and talk to staff because it can get pretty lonely traveling, and from talking to the staff, I suggest that management and the company treat their employees better and hire more staffing so housekeeping can do their job better. I have never seen/overheard/told from several staffing from any business how miserable their jobs and pay are!!! If I were these employees I would strike to get better pay and hours!!! But thanks for entertaining me and making my time on a work trip faster with listening to the drama of your work place! Two of the four nights I was entertained when there was more then one person was at the front desk working together!

We spend 3 nights here recently, friendly helpful staff, great indoor pool and hot tub, the king suite was perfect for the two of us. Excellent location for access to route 22 and walking distance to a couple of restaurants, Wal Mart a short drive. Really enjoyed the breakfast offerings! Will definately stay here again.
