Lot of noise was coming inside room after 1:30am. I noticed it was due to improper main door fitting. Bed was not comfortable I didn't get good sleep first time in one of the Holiday Inn stay.

Everything was great and the service was excellent. Hotel was clean and it's in a great location. The only critique was the indoor pool is either not heated, the heater wasn't working, or it was off. The main reason we booked here was to go to Oglebay (20 minute drive) then swim with the kids. The pool temperature made it difficult but we still dealt with it. Just a suggestion to turn it up or get it fixed. Would still stay here again!
