First the front desk clerk was not very nice same as the cleaning staff. I work night shift so during the day I'm in the room. Well today I got up early for the staff to clean and they never said a word. Just shook there heads yes with sour faces after I asked them to clean the room Other than that the room and hotel is nice. But need to have more people skills in the staff.

Stopped to stay in Triadelphia on our way through. We like Holiday Inn express. As typical we were not disappointed. Clean facilities. Fine breakfast. The only complaint I had was that a fire alarm was beeping all night that it had a low battery. The staff was aware and I'm sure it was fixed the next day. It didn't keep us awake, but I was glad that it was down the hall. FYI this site does have a pool and and workout room.

You can tell the management is trying to upgrade the hotel and make it more common with other holiday inns. Our family believes it is a converted comfort inn (we've seen the name written on one of their outdoor AC or power units). Anyway, the place is a little dated as well. Our family went to the pool and the chlorine to oxygen ratio was about 50/50. It's over the top. We left after 20 mins because its too much. The staff is very friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and cleanliness of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at Triadelphia, West Virginia. From the gracious greeter (Melissa) at the front desk to the other friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the stay on our way to Virginia so much we booked a room on our way back to Ohio with the help of Melissa. Hotel, guestrooms and grounds were very clean which means a lot to us. Breakfast was good and attendant was very efficient and keeping things available. Just need to adjust breakfast times to at least 10:00 even during week days. The hotel is close to shopping and many area restaurants. Easy access on and off the highway. Would highly recommend to family friends and anyone traveling through this area.

We needed a hotel to stay for one night for work and booked this hotel only 2 days ahead. I had requested a room on the third floor and I got it. Check-in lady was friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfortable but air was on and it was freezing! But, that was easily rectified. Bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. They even have pillow cases marked for firm and soft so you can use the best one for you. Had a Kurig for coffee and the room was very quiet. Breakfast was good included waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal and really good cinnamon rolls. Safe area and would stay again.

This hotel is what you would expect in accommodation, but extra in Service. Beds are divine with variety of pillows to choose from, 4 to a bed and sheets like velvet. Breakfast included, bot hot and cold. Lots of selection too! The whole staff was working hard to buff the tile, wash the windows to the pool and the attendant at breakfast was careful to see that items were hot and replenished. When we checked in Julie made us feel welcome. She was being slammed at the time we waited for our room to be readied and she never quit engaging. I'm a retired flight attendant so I know how difficult that can be. Kudos As a side note, plenty of parking for your Big Rig. Easy on and off interstate.

This rt. 70 exit 10 is exactly what you want when on the road. The personnel were all very pleasant and helpful. The common areas are attractive and clean, and the room was large spotless a nicely decorated. Just a short distance from all the exit noise but close to food and shopping. Price wise it is lower than many just off the hi way and just a bit more than some of the major disappointment locations. This is now my stop 4 times per years when we drive this route to visit family. Ps pack a swim suit as their indoor pool and hot tub is a super plus for the weary traveler

Noisy! I've stayed in a few hotels, but these ceilings are thin! The pool and spa are beautiful. It is a nice new hotel. The beds are alright, extra pillows are great. But Every movement that was made above us was so loud, no one was stomping, it was just really thin ceilings. The blankets are Shirt and they just don't cover your shoulders and I'm not super tall either. I might stay here again, but only on the top floor!!

The hot tub and swimming pool were nice and warm in the cold winter time of our visit. Breakfast did include some hot food. We got a room with a suite. It was marvelous! Plan to stay again whenever we are in this part of the country.

Compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels this was a three star. Room and public areas very clean and comfortable. However, the room had an off odor (possibly dead mouse smell). The entrance was slippery due to ice. There were no towels in the pool or excercise room. It appeared there was only one staff on duty and she seemed very over whelmed. She told my husband she was new, which maybe accounted for not getting some if the perks we usually get for being regular customers. We believe she should have been better trained by the management. She was polite and pleasant.
