My room was clean and comfortable. Just what I needed, at a great price!
Staff was very friendly, room was clean and included refrigerator and microwave, and breakfast was very good. Negative was lack of lighting in parking lot.
There was garbage piled up all over the premises. There were doors propped open. There were drunk people at the pool. The front office staff said there was nothing to do about anything. I ended up leaving and getting a different hotel room for the night. This comfort inn ( and the national Choice hotel chain) refused to refund my money.
Front desk lady went way above to ensure us of a great experience.
Every morning people outside my door talking or arguing. I couldn't understand one word most of the staff of foreigners was saying and talking too quickly. They are not well organized.

My husband & I were on our way to Gettysburg & decided to split the 6 hr trip in half. I chose a Comfort Inn because they are normally non-smoking & clean. This one happened to be right off I-70, which was perfect for us. Customer service was great. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely a good decision.
