Very normal, nothing awesome or amazing and nothing terrible or disgusting. My room was definitely clean with no weird smells or anything. I'd recommend it because I believe it was one of the cheapest places to stay in town and I did NOT need to spend $$$.

Very welcoming staff at check in. The building is updated and comfortable. I stayed on New Year's Eve and the hotel had a party with food and games for the kids. I thought that was a special touch. I will stay here again on my next trip to Beaver Dam.
Needed a place to sleep the night before an early Cheer competition in Madison. Didn't check in until about 8:30 pm and checked out by 9 am so we weren't there long but it was quiet and comfortable. Pool area was well kept and complimentary breakfast was excellent! Easy highway access, comfortable ...

This is an old hotel but there are not a lot of choices in this town. It is probably the best in town. It is close to the university and most business
Check in soooo fast and efficient. The breakfast crew was especially fantastic.
Check-in was a breeze and front desk attendant was polite and knowledgeable
The Audabon was such a welcome, the staff and owners were friendly, helpful, and gave you your privacy to wander aqbout this authentically decorated hotel. One afternoon, they surprised us with strawberries dipped in chocolate. The dinners were reasonably priced and the food was awesome! I plan to stay here whenever I am in the area... it's on my favorite's list. Every suite has a jacuzzi tub and dual shower heads, a sitting room, and bedroom, it was so cool!
