Very normal, nothing awesome or amazing and nothing terrible or disgusting. My room was definitely clean with no weird smells or anything. I'd recommend it because I believe it was one of the cheapest places to stay in town and I did NOT need to spend $$$.
Front desk staff was friendly upon check-in. Upon entering room, I could tell immediately that the room had barely been clean. There was garbage visible on the floor, dust on the desk, and hair in the tub. The cover for the fan in the room was missing and once turned on, it had to manually turned ...
The room was just okay. Found out toilet was leaking when we returned to our room at 11:00 p.m. and too exhausted to change rooms. There wasn't an elevator so I had to make my way up the steps with a broken toe and no rooms available on the first floor.
was not happy with the key not working from the parking lot but glad that we were on the floor where I could knock on the window to have my husband let me in,, we went to front desk to have it changed and it worked once and never again... used only one key then since we had to be together to make ...
To start out room was poorly cleaned with empty Kleenex to start. Then I use the toilet which after flushing will not stop filling And flushing over and over. I then wash my hands at the sink and it immediately clogs up. I ignored at first thinking it would go away. I then go put my few drinks and ...
Decent hotel if stopping overnight in Watertown. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good.
Check in soooo fast and efficient. The breakfast crew was especially fantastic.
This is an old hotel but there are not a lot of choices in this town. It is probably the best in town. It is close to the university and most business
The lobby is incredible and the staff was some of the best we have ever seen!! but it's like they Forgot about he fact there were rooms to pay attention to in the hotel. Room was spacious and shower was good pressure. Room had literally an alarm clock I had in high school in 1990. The EXACT SAME ONE!! Average bed but it was clean. Couch was stained and chair at desk had rips in it. It was easy to tell the room used to be a smoking room. No coffee pot in room?!?! Recommendation: pay some attention to the rooms. New carpet. New curtains. New couch and chair. And for god sake get a new alarm clock and a coffee pot in the room!!!!
