So the breakfast was amazing for a free breakfast at a best western in Watertown.. the staff wouldn't allow me an my friend to have a drink in the pool area even though I am 40 yrs old...that upset me but over all was with the price and room was clean and again breakfast was great

The room condition was fine. but I stayed at the hotel because I thought there was a swimming pool and a hot tub. when I was there I went to use them and they were both dirty. And I spoke to the guy at the counter. And he left a note for the manager who was supposed to contact me I think a day or two after that and she never did. so the fact that I rented a place that was supposed to have a pool and a hot tub there was literally mold in the swimming pool. mold in the swimming pool

Pleasantly surprised. This hotel was clean, very quiet - even thought it was by the airport. Sheets and bedding were soft and comfortable. Pillows plenty of fluff. Towels and wash rags plush as well. The breakfast was ok. Standard waffle irons, oatmeal, “flat” scrambled egg disk, bisques and gravy, tater tots, cereal, muffins, tea, coffee, juice, etc…. Not bad, just average. But, we will stay here again when visiting family.

Mattress was amazingly supportive & comfortable. The room was also very clean. I really liked the walk in shower with great control able water pressure & upgraded shower head. Seattle coffee was good, but I wish there were more fresh protein and fruit options offered for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
