Couldn’t check in at regular check in time because people before checked out late. Was supposed to receive a text when my room was ready, never received anything so I finally called around 7pm and they said “oh yeah it’s ready, but we haven’t text anyone.” Terrible customer service!
Hotel is very nice, great location. We had a big group and brought our own snacks/drinks to the lobby. After over an hour of enjoying ourselves, an employee informed us we could not eat and drink our own stuff in the lobby due to them being a full bar/restaurant. So we had to take everything up to our room....which was a lot with our big group of 12. Why wasn’t this communicated to us ON ARRIVAL when the receptionist clearly saw us bring in a cooler, crockpots, and snacks?? We were there in November, had our own drinks and had pizza delivered without one problem. Not one person said a word to us during that visit. Staff was extremely rude, will never return or recommend.

Thank you for providing feedback from your previous stay. We do understand that it is frustration that no one told you upon check in that you could not bring your own food down to the lobby. The staff didn't make the assumption that you were bringing the food down as many of our guests do make meals in their room upstairs. We do also have a signs in different area of the lobby as well as a big sign on our digital display as you walk in. If the staff was rude about telling you to take your things upstairs I do apologize on behalf of them as I am sure you took everything up the first time they told you. Back in November the restaurant was closed/ limited hours due to covid therefore bringing your own food would not have been an issue. We do hope you give us another go when you are in the area.
