The room was in good condition. There was no hot regular coffee at 7:00 in the morning, only decaf. And only one pot out of 6 or 7 was hot and ready. The food was inedible in the breakfast room (stale, old bagels, etc.)

This hotel is very nice. Clean, well kept, was decorated nicely for the holidays. Room was very comfortable. The hotel lacks an unloading area at the front door. Too bad because there is room by the front door for this. Other than that, the place is excellent.

Listed check-in time was 3 PM arrived at 4 PM to check in was told the room wasn’t ready. Ask the front desk clerk what was available. He said “you picked the cheapest room nothing is available for that price” I picked the first recommended room by Expedia. went back-and-forth with the guy for 20 minutes and then he said your room’s ready room was decently clean. We were only there to use the swimming pool didn’t stay the night didn’t eat breakfast. I just feel like if my room wasn’t ready something different would’ve been offered to me.
