The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Pretty quiet as far as hotels go. The breakfast was nice as well. Would def stay again!

Dirty clothes were found in our room and the room of another family we were traveling with. We safely assumed the rooms are not cleaned as thoroughly as one would expect.

Very nice hotel, just a few miles from campus. Pool was opened until midnight on Saturday and reopened at six AM the next day. Hot breakfast was nice, even had wraps. Very busy during check-in but the girl behind the desk got us a room very fast. Even found the last rollaway for us that I forgot to reserve.
The location for our stay in Cedar Falls was just what we needed. The hotel lobby was nice, not over the top. The room needed "freshing"...the bathroom tub had mold around the grout area. The management said that they were just about to start a total refreshment...the hotel had recently been sold. The sound barriers between the outside and other rooms could be updated as well.
We arrived a little after midnight; glad we reserved a room. Hotel is within a 20 minute drive to UNI and is in an area that's not busy; mostly corporation buildings. Breakfast was good...plenty of protein choices...eggs, sausage.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is clean, comfortable and friendly and has an excellent complimentary breakfast. The only inconvenience was that the pool and hot tub were unavailable due to maintenance.
Room was very good with lots of space and comfortably furnished. A complimentary hot breakfast was delightful. Pool and hot tub were great. Business center computer was very slow and it was inconvenient that the printer was not functioning although the receptionist was kind enough to allow us to e-mail documents to her desk computer and she was able to print out necessary documents. We will certainly use this hotel next time we are in Cedar Falls
The hotel did not have the room we reserved with 2 beds and when we asked for a cot to accommodate sleeping arrangements we were told that we would be charged for it. They ultimately waived the fee but not without a conversation about our dissatisfaction. The room was dusty and did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned. Won't stay there again.
Have stayed here many times for several days at a time. Used to have real coffee mugs in the rooms and bathroom tissues that were normal. Now the TP will make you sore and ran out of kleenex with no replacement. Used to have a varied breakfast from day to day but now just the same nuked eggs and sausage. Used to have some warm cookies in the evening but now none. Room would not lock when pulled from the outside. Reported it but apparently that wasn't important to them. Will be trying other hotels in the area next time. Might be losing my business
Loved the fact that there were many choices of things to do. Beds were comfy; staff was friendly and helpful. It was a little difficult to find, but we called and a staff person helped us in. Good breakfast choices.
We were at a wedding at the pipac and this place was so convenient to just walk across the street.
This hotel wasn't worth the money we spent for the night. The hotel was under renovations. During the night, the parking lot iced over, and wasn't de-iced in the morning, making it very slippery. We could hear everything going on in the hallways and in the rooms next to us, making it difficult to sleep. That all being said, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the beds were comfortable. Unless the renovations make drastic changes in the hotel, though, we won't book here again.
