This hotel is a nice little sleeping pod for an overnight stay if your priority is walking distance to Schiphol. The staff is very nice, the atmosphere is warm and "cute", good bed. What I missed was some place to put down toiletries at the sink (no rim at all) and in the shower; and some space to ...
Used the hotel to stay the night before my departure. Easy check in and check out. Bring a washcloth. Does not come standard in the room. When I asked for one at the desk, they did not have them available. Minor inconvenience, but did not distract from the good night sleep.
Shuttle service is great on the hour and at 00:30 of the hour from hotel to Schiphol starting at 0600 ending at 2330. The return from Schiphol to the hotel is at 00:15 and 00:45 of the hour starting at 0615 ending at 2345
OK for a budget hotel it met all of my expectations. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to spend alot of time in the city center. It 10€ by train round trip from the zentrum to the airport to catch the shuttle ...
Very nice, clean hotel. Catch the train at the street level in front of the hotel and you are one stop away from Rotterdam Central. Going from Rotterdam Central to the hotel is a short 5-10 minute walk. The breakfast buffet is a good value too. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a nice little sleeping pod for an overnight stay if your priority is walking distance to Schiphol. The staff is very nice, the atmosphere is warm and "cute", good bed. What I missed was some place to put down toiletries at the sink (no rim at all) and in the shower; and some space to pack. The tiny work surface is enough for a laptop, but the chair height is not adjustable - very uncomfortable to work for a short person. The room is really for one person (even though the bed is spacious for two).
The hotel is at the center of the city. It was easy to walk to metro, train, and ferry stations. Our room was very spacious, bright and clean. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. We definitely will book this hotel when we visit Rotterdam next time.
Great location and room. Exceptional price for the value. Breakfast was outstanding as were the spa facilities.
We just spent a night there, before our early flight out. The shuttle was great, runs every 15 min. We had a delicious dinner at their bar, 78 euros for 3 people (with two rounds of drinks and coffees all around). The rooms was enormous, great for packing, and the bathroom had a large bathtub and a separate shower. All very nice. Rooms were a bit dated, but very comfortable and super big beds. Would go back if had to leave early again to the airport.
