Terrible excuse for a Marriott. Looks nice, but that’s where it ends. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Bed is harder than any bed we have ever slept in (and we stay over 100 nights a year at hotels). Parking gate hasn’t worked once since we arrived. Room wasn’t cleaned. Never brought towels we requested 3 times. Terrible. Will not return.

Stayed for work. Very well taken care of hotel. Enjoyed my stay. I really loved the hardwood floors in the rooms and the updated TVs were much larger and able to sign in your apps for a personalized tv experience. Definately will return.

Even though we understand that things changed because of Covid-19, we found pretty unacceptable the fact that Marriott didn't go above and beyond with the minimum customer experience that we would expect from such renowned chain, i.e. complimentary breakfast, or even coffee. We could've booked with Quality inn for lower rate and still save money paying for such basic yet traditional service.
The staff was nice but the TV didn’t work in our and our room didn’t get cleaned during the entire stay at this hotel. Apparently this is a new policy that they clean the rooms every 4 days.
