The hotel was great! I will definitely come back. I should be back in the spring so I will try for this hotel when I book. Good clean room with a 5 star view. Elevator was a little slow but not a big deal. Parking lot is a little bit of a walk and would be tight if you were there when it was busy but again not that big of a deal. Thanks! I will return.

This hotel is older which is fine and for the price I didn’t expect it to be fancy but I do expect basic things to work, not break or be available and if it does happen to have someone available to fix it or have a solution in place not be told by staff that’s not my job you have to wait until the maintenance comes in at 8:00 we only have one person. Our toilet broke luckily I could fix that it was just the chain to flush it, our shower rod was broke and would not stay up so no shower curtain I needed a shower we had to be somewhere could not wait for maintenance, no blankets asked for some was told no access to housekeeping but also they don’t have any not sure what happened to them. One young girl who was working the evening shift was amazing she was super sweet and tried her best found us one blanket. The night lady was rude and disrespectful. After her telling me she don’t get paid to do xy and z I suggested taking a rod out of another room she didn’t want too but I insisted she finally did but I had to change it out myself and then she told me I had to bring the old one back down to her at the desk. Overall the place was not very clean and run down which for the price right on the beach I could of dealt with. But no excuse for poor customer service or not being able to address basic functions of the room.

Will NEVER stay here again. Housekeeping didn't show up at all one day and only showed up at 3pm on a second day, after I asked why I hadn't seen housekeeping for 2 days. Shower conditions were dangerous, no safety rails, no bathtub non slip mat. Staff was unfriendly at best. Check in clerk was completely indifferent and hard to understand.

We had an ocean front room on the 5th floor overlooking the boardwalk. The room was clean & the staff were very helpful. Shops & Dining within walking distance. The furniture in the room looks pretty rough, but the cost of the stay was reasonable. There is no coffee maker in rooms, but there is coffee all day in the lobby. I would stay again if opportunity arose.

There were cockroaches crawling around the room and up the wall. We arrived at 11pm and checked in and went to the room to see how dirty it was. We immediately left for another hotel and they would not refund all my money after we didn’t stay. Very disgusting!

It’s not the best but not the worst!

Room was clean, outdated décor. Bathroom was clean need to put plastic liner in shower. The floor gets wet and slippery when showering. The bed was comfy. Sheets were nice and clean and white. Had a pool view room which doesn’t have an outside balcony. The hallways smell terrible like weed. No coffee pot in the room. The pool is shaded all day so it’s freezing cold. Management is super friendly. Front desk depends on who is there. Housekeeping is not friendly at all! Overall not terrible. I would stay again.

I would not recommend this property day to anyone to stay at. The rooms are outdated, the service from the staff was limited, our rooms were not clean or the dirty towels taken away for three days very limited parking. The pool is old and outdated. The staff, although some were helpful, there were others who were not so helpful. I think whoever owns this franchise needs to really update a lot of the rooms and pretty much everything in the hotel. We did get a refund because our rooms were not clean for three days and we had limited service from the staff. I would never stay at this hotel again. Thank you.
