An oceanfront location means you and your group can easily walk right out to the beach to enjoy morning walks and long days seaside.

The top floor features an open floor plan with traditional coastal vibe and east-facing picture window you'll never tire of looking through. The recently updated kitchen features new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Four of the five bedrooms are located on this level. The Queen Master offers an attached full bath. You will also find a Queen, a bedroom with 2 Double Beds, and a bedroom with 2 bunks There are 2 Full Hall Baths on this level. The remaining Bedroom, a Queen is located on the entry level with full hall bath.

A private, fully-fenced pool is yours to relax or play in all week. Poolside loungers surround the pool area, enjoy splashing, basking, or relaxing - you can do it all while staying at Stauds Stilts!. Make your way to the shoreline via a short walk out the back door. Filthy. Had to clean it myself before I let my grandchild touch anything bbq caught fire was filthy full of grease. That’s the kitchen garbage can. Countertops had to be cleaned coffee and coffee stains all over and sticky.

I would definitely stay here again, the only two criticisms I would have is 1. Some of the beds were pretty firm, like very hard. So I would just bring a mattress topper if you need a soft bed. 2. the main entry stairs are a little dangerous. however, as stated in other reviews, the side stairs are adequate and well built. They just need to put a landing in the entry stairs.However, the layout of this place is absolutely amazing, the views of the ocean are fantastic. Sandbridge is a quiet area so you’re not gonna like walk to a restaurant, but the beaches are not crowded. It is a true five bedroom four bathroom house. The access to the beach is fantastic. Overall great place.
