Great place. Host/owner is super nice and gives great advice on places nearby.

I booked the top-floor room with the painted beach mural for me and my preteen daughters. They were absolutely charmed with it and proclaimed it "five star." The bathroom is a tight fit for a large adult or multiple people, but the unit was tidy and cozy and had everything we needed. The grounds are pretty and well kept. We enjoyed meeting the hosts and getting their recommendations on places to eat, and it was easy to walk to good eateries, mini-golf, tourist shops, and a great section of boardwalk and beach right by a concert park. Absolutely will return; I doubt I can convince my kids to stay anywhere else!

Very friendly staff! They were kind enough to let us park our car at the beach for a couple hours after we checked out so we could enjoy the beach a little longer. The room was clean - quaint and cute little cottage in great location of 3 minute walk to beach access point. Would book again!

Great location and cute decor and nice layout. But the kitchen had no dishes, cups, utensils to go with the stove and coffee maker. Completely bare. Have to bring own pots/pans/forks/knives, etc. Not even a roll of paper towel or dish soap. So beware! Also $15/night for a 2nd car, and any guests over 2 even if you booked a bigger room. Nice alternative to a hotel. Family feel.

Great experience overall! We found this on a whim on our drive and decided to stay for a night. The owner Steve and his wife are very friendly and helpful, they checked us in and gave us tips on the local area. Our room was clean and cozy, with a small kitchenette, the location perfect with a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay again!

The place was quite. Other than the one place he showed me where to park when I checked in he didn’t tell me where additional parking was until I came in the office after receiving a parking ticket

Cool room in a decent little beach complex. Friendly, helpful staff.

The facility is close to the beach and a lot of restaurants, the owner made some good recommendations for food, it was difficult to carry luggage and kooler up the flight of steps, it was very small and quaint

I would have to say it was the cleanest an freshest smelling room i have ever stayed in.the walls and ceilings were painted with a very beachy theme that made u feel even more relaxed and really gave u that definite vacation feel.Steve Jr. was a great host telling us about great places to eat and things u could do for activities.i would highly recommend this a great place to stay.everything was in walking distance..They also had an area on grounds to play ping pong or hav a picnic.it was great.Maid service was great.Everyone was so helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay again.

I arrived later on in the evening and the staff was very accomadating and courteous. My room was wonderful, I plan on staying there again when in the area. Enjoyed sitting on my balcony and listening to a band playing nearby.

Thank you for your comments. We do not place dishes in the unit due to the Health Department restrictions. We also have limited parking spaces (one per unit is free) as advertised on Expedia.com. We charge additional fee for each guest over 2 people to keep price low for guest that have a smaller party. We do not think it is fare to charge for full unit occupancy if it is only one or two persons made reservation.
