I would not recommend this property. During our 4-night stay, the on-site dining was closed the entire time, which was a major inconvenience. Our air conditioning never worked at night, and despite reporting the issue to the front desk each morning, it was never resolved. The pool was also dirty throughout our stay.
While I encountered a few friendly staff members, most of the staff seemed disengaged. There was little to no effort to maintain common areas or check in with guests, which made the hotel feel more like a college hangout than a professional, well-managed property.
I appreciate the vibe the hotel is aiming for, but the execution falls short. For the price I paid, the experience was disappointing and not worth the cost—honestly, it should have been half the price. Marriott should seriously reconsider putting its name on this hotel.
