Quiet and freshly renovated 2 separate rooms apartment, close to the center - only 12 mins by tram. The tram, bus, bike, night bus, subway station just a few mins away, free PARKING in a closed garage. Many shopping possibilities, restaurants, cafés, etc. The space: This beautiful, bright apartment has more than 47 sq m of living space. Perfect for families or friends who travel together. Bedroom is equipped with two very comfortable beds (90x200cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The living room has also a King size bed (180x200cm) and a sofa so that a maximum of 4 adults can be accommodated. We provide towels and sheets at no charge. After a long day, you can watch TV(over 3.000 channels) on the couch enjoying a glass of wine. A modern kitchen with hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining place are available. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The rooms are high and bright but you can darken at night with curtains for a good sleep.
